Paul Smitton is a senior executive and qualified company director with experience across multiple sectors. He currently leads Cathay Pacific’s lifestyle business line, in addition to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Miles in July 2018.
He has worked in loyalty for more than 20 years in Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe. His airline experience includes Qantas, where he was executive manager of customer engagement and loyalty solutions; and Virgin Atlantic, as head of loyalty in the UK, and general manager of India.
